Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All shipping will be through Fedex or UPS at the cheapest available option. Any and all shipping costs will be paid by client, aside from certain return situations. Shipping may be upgraded for any order as needed if client requests. A shipping quote will be sent to client if requested and only if requested. 

For delivery times, we will give our ESTIMATED ship dates when they are available for us to give, please be hyper aware that supply chain issues are still present and shipping delays are expected almost always.

Tracking information will ONLY be provided if requested. If requested we will provide the tracking as soon as we have it.

Digital Goods

All final files will be delivered through We Transfer, Google Drive folder, or through email. Final files will only be made available to client after full payment is made.

Return & Exchange Policy

All design services are money back guarantee if no final files has been distributed. No refunds will be given for design service if final files are distributed to client.

No exceptions.


If client is unsatisfied with work done, a reasonable amount of work/attempts will be made to redo/remake designs at no additional charge.

For physical material, refund/redo is available if dZineHQ makes a mistake at a discounted rate, including shipping, provided that there is evidence to prove that dZineHQ is at fault.


Mistakes made by client are the sole responsibility of client to cover any reprint charges as well as shipping for both the returned items as well as the new reprinted items. We will make every effort possible to catch spelling mistakes, however it is solely the responsibility of the client to ensure spelling accuracy.
